* Until 345 PM EDT
* At 1148 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the area.
Over one inch of rain has already fallen in some locations of
northern DC and northern Prince Georges County. Additional
rainfall amounts of two inches or more are possible. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include…
Arlington, Bowie, College Park, Greenbelt, Langley Park,
Beltsville, Bladensburg, Byrd Stadium, Howard University, Gallaudet
University, Fort Totten, Laurel, Landover, Hyattsville, Takoma
Park, East Riverdale, Adelphi, New Carrollton, Mitchellville and
Chevy Chase.
