* AT 1200 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR OVER
EASTERN TERRELL COUNTY AND EXTREME EAST CENTRAL PECOS COUNTY.
SINCE 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THESE AREAS SINCE 10
AM…AND ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES IS EXPECTED…FLASH FLOODING IS
EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
