Check local media. -NWS<br \/>\nDescription: THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO HAS ISSUED A<\/p>\n<p>* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR&#8230;<br \/>\n  EAST CENTRAL ORANGE COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN CALIFORNIA&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>* UNTIL 730 AM PST<\/p>\n<p>* AT 420 AM PST&#8230;DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS WITH HEAVY<br \/>\n  RAINFALL AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO THE SILVERADO BURN<br \/>\n  AREA. RAINFALL EXCEEDING ONE HALF INCH OR MORE IN ONE HOUR COULD<br \/>\n  CAUSE FLASH FLOODING AND MUD AND DEBRIS FLOWS.<\/p>\n<p>EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OVER THE BURN SCAR WILL RESULT IN DEBRIS FLOW<br \/>\nMOVING THROUGH THE SILVERADO BURN AREA. THE DEBRIS FLOW CAN CONSIST<br \/>\nOF ROCK&#8230;MUD&#8230;VEGETATION AND OTHER LOOSE MATERIALS.<\/p>\n<p>* FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF EAST CENTRAL<br \/>\n  ORANGE COUNTY.<\/p>\n<p>FLASH FLOODS AND DEBRIS FLOWS ARE LIKELY TO OCCUR IN THE SILVERADO<br \/>\nCANYON AREA DUE TO HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER THE SILVERADO FIRE BURN<br \/>\nSCAR. THIS INCLUDES HOMES AND BUSINESSES IN AND AROUND SILVERADO<br \/>\nCANYON ROAD.
